Be it known that I, JOHN H. BELLAIIY, of Charlestown, iu the county of Middlesex, and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new and improved Design for a'Pieture Frame; and I hereby declare that thc followingr is an exact and full description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying photographs and thc letter.` of reference marked thereon.
