To all whom it may concern..-
Be it known that I, \VILLIAM SILUV, of Ballard Vale, in the county of Essex and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced anew and original Design for lladgesof which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
The drawing isa face viewof a badge illustrating my new design.
My design consists of an outer circular-rim 4 having a portion removed to form the opening as shown. From the upper portion of the rim extends the projection 6 and from the lower portion of the rim the curved-bar Tprojeets being joined to the rim at both ends. Opposite the opening 5, with its ends resting against the rim, is the bar 8 and at each end of this bar 8, connected therewith, is a bar 9,
practically at right angles to the bar 8, extending to and touching the inside of the rim. Near the opening between the bars .9 and generally parallel therewith is the harlt) which extends on both sides of the bar 9 and is somewhat shorter than the bars (onnecting the inner edges of the circular-rim 4, opposite the bar 7 and projection (l, with the bars 9 and 10 is a "critical-bar 1i.
\Vhat I claim is The design for a badge or similararticle as herein shown and described.
