UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
FRANZ YOKEL, OF MERIDEN, CONNECTICUT, ASSIGNOR TO THE MERIDEN BRONZE COMPANY, OF SAME PLACE.
DESIGN FOR A TABLE-Tol SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,750,
dated August 2, 1892.
Application filed June 29, 1892. Serial No. 438,466- Term of patent 3%, years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, FRANZ YOKEL, ot Meriden, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for a Table-Top; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with accompanying drawing and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawing constitutes part of this specification, and represents a top or face view, the ornamentation represented on one-fourth only, the remaining three-fourths being each a duplicate thereof.
This invention relates to a design for an ornamental table; and it consists in the configuration and ornamentation as shown in the accompanying illustration. In general outline the table is square, with an ornamental projection at each angle. From a central rose in the center a double scrollwork springs toward each of the angles, and each angular projection is bordered by the representation of scrolls or rococo-work, which extends onto the adjacent sides, and between the scrolls which spring from the angles on each side is the representation of a pair of scrolls substantially parallel with the respective sides, and the scrollwork or rococo-work is represented as filled in with lacework. Around the edge of the table is the representation of leafwork, as shown in the accompanying illustration.
I claim- The design fora table-top, as herein shown and described.
