INVENTOH Wad-926' ATTOHNEYS UNITED STATES PATENT Orrlcn HENRY W. FISHEL, on NEW YORK, N. Y.
DESIGN FOR A BRACELET.
SPEOIFIGATION forming part of Design No. 20,298. dated November 1 1, 1890.
Application filed October 7, 1890. Serial No. 367,376- Term of patent 7 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY W. FISHEL, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a newnnd original Design forBracelets, of which the 01 lowing is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forminga part thereof, in which the figure is a perspective view of a bracelet showing my design.
The leading feature of my design for bracelet-bands consists in awatch-like figure from which the lines of the band depart at each side, intersecting at intervals and presenting the appearance of basket-work. The bandlike figure A is circular in its general contour, the scalloped edges a and the curved parallel lines a biseeting each other at a of which give it the appearance of a three-strand braid, the ends of which terminate in a rectangular figure B, the lines b b and rbead-1ike figure b of which give it the appearance of a clasp. oppositely of the figure B, Slil'l'llOlllltiIlg or imposed upon the band-like figure A, is the watch-like figure 0, having the circular baselines 0, surmounted by the wreath-like figure c, the irregular marginal lines of which fall within the lines o, and which wrenth-like figure incloses the concentric circular lines 0 within which appear a series c of Roman numerals and the radial lines a, simulating the hands of a time-piece, giving the inclosed circular field the appearance of a watch-face. At one side of the base-lines c is the stemlike figure 0 On opposite sides of the baselines o, and imposed upon the band-like fignre A, are the shell-like figures D, having the straight side lines (I and scalloped marginal lines d',and also the curved diverging lines (1 giving the shells the appearance of being engraved.
In carryin'g'out n'iy design the figures comprising it may be colored to suit the taste.
I claim- The design fora bracelet herein shown and described.
