A bracelet, for example, may be used to display a selection of minor precious stones with a prevailing motive as a larger ewel but can only depict a symbolic or geometric decoration to the extent of the physical limits of the.

An object of the present invention is, therefore, to provide for the more effective and pleasing display of precious metals and jewels for personal display. Another object of the invention is to pro vide an article of adornment which will lend itself to the artists skill in attaining highly.

Other objects and advantages will be apparent as the description proceeds.
In practicing the present invention, I may, for example, employ one or more linger rings and one or more bracelets. Inassociation with these members I provide a central or jewel or prevailing motive connected to the rings and bracelets by supports or links ornamented to carry out a decorative or symbolic effect. In this manner, it is possible to -obtain a great variation in style, either from the standpoint of pure beauty or in periodic design.

The selected embodiment of the invention is shown 'on a hand 9 and may comprise a plate like central member 10 as a prevailing motive connected by setsof links 11 and 12 to a bracelet 13 and one or more rings 14. The

an ensemble may be attained which will comply with all the laws of harmonynotheretog fore attainable. The rings latmay also be connected by hands or drapping ribbon-like members 16 or in any selected manner to carry out the aesthetic effect of the ensemble.
' The present arrangement, makes it possible to include jewels as 17,18 and 19 in character and number in accordance with cultivated taste and the principles of artistic decoration.
As illustrated in Fig. 2, a decorative de vice may, in accordance with my invention, include but two rings 20 and 21 as shown on the first and last fingers of a hand 22. A central motive of. any suitable style as, for ex ample, a jewel 23 may be suspended from the rings by links'24 and 25 to carry out or manifest a decorative conception.
By reason ofthe present invention, a decided advance step is attained in the jewelers art. It is possible through'the medium of the present article of jewelry to more fully give vent to the artists feelings in the arrangement and display ofthe precious stones and metals and at the same time gratify the wearer by-the desired personal satisfaction derived from a knowledge of artistic and effective adorn- 111(21113. i

- lVhat is claimed is An article ofjewelry comprising a plurality of finger rings and a wrist band, an ornamental member carried by said wrist band, a series of connector members secured to said ornamental member and equalling in number the number of finger rings, a flexible link connecting each of said connector mem-' mental member disposed between said finger rings and StUCl VllSt band and supported by, a plurality of said links, said finger rings be ing connected together by a band arranged in loops between each of said rings.
