UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE BALL-POINT PEN OR THE LIKE Walter B. Spatz, Los Angeles, Calif., assignor to Frawley Corporation, Culver City, Calif., a corporation of California To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Walter B. Spatz, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the city of Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball- Point Pen or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a ball-point pen, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof;

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary rear elevation of the cap portion of the pen; and

Fig. 4 is a top plan view of the pen.

My design for a ball-point pen is characterized by the relatively abrupt taper at the top of the cap in association with the gradual taper toward the barrel point.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a ball-point pen or the like, substantially as shown and described.
