Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, George Menning, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Memo Case with Pen or Pencil Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a memo case with pen or pencil holder, embodying my new design, the pen or pencil being shown in dotted outline in the holder;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view of the same;

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view thereof;

Fig. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The essential features of my design reside in those portions shown in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a memo case with pen or pencil holder, substantially as shown and described.
