Be it known that I, David Miller, a citizen of the United States, residing at Lancaster, in the county of Lancaster and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Umbrella Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of the urnbrella handle embodying my design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
