Be it known that I, Ralph Turner, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, New York, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a. Drafting Instrument or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a drafting instrument or the like, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the same; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken on the line 33 of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a drafting instrument or the like, as shown.
