Be it known that I, Joseph Aversa, a citizen of the United States, residing in the Borough of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings, city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Mechanical Pencil, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a mechanical pencil, showing my new design, the ornamentation on the one side alternating around the penciL,

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof,

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof, and

Fig. 4 is a section on the line 4-4 of Fig. 1. I claim: The ornamental design for a mechanical pencii, as shown and described.
