a corporation of Georgia To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Herbert W. Sams, a citizen of the United States, residing at Atlanta, in the county of De Kalb and State of Georgia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball-Point Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a ball-point pen showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view of the upper portion of the ball-point pen shown in Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view corresponding to Fig. 1 as it appears with the pen rotated through 90; and

Fig. 4 is a side elevational view as it appears with the ball point in retracted position.

The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in solid lines on the drawing.
