Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Joseph A. Barnett, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, and William Peterson, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Ball Point Pens, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

In the drawings:

Fig. 1 is a side elevation of a ball point pen embodying our new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevation, the cap being removed;

Fig. 3 is a perspective view oi the cap removed from the body of the pen.

Fig. 4 is a side elevation 01 the pen with the cap telescoped with the closed end of the body of the pen.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a ball point pen, substantially as shown.
