T 0 all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Join: F. In the said illustrations, Figure 1 shows a cook-stove having all the features of my design. Fig. llshows certain features of my design as hereinafter mentioned.
The general configuration and ornamentation of the stove are shown in Figs. 1 and 2.
The relative proportions of the fire-door and of the oven-door are shown, and the relative proportion and appearance of the hearth are clearly shown.
The oven-door is ornamented with a novel and peculiar figure-via, a series of twigs or sprigs from one stem extending from the lower rear corner of the door forward and upward across the said door. On the upper branch is a flower, A, of a rose-like form. The lower twig or branch passes forward somewhat under the handle of the door, and depending from the said branch is a bud, B.
On the fire or furnace door K is a smaller stem with spreading branches, one of which terminates in the flower (J, and another of which terminates in the flower D.
The feed-door E is provided with ornamentation. Below the feed-door is another door, F, also provided with ornamentation, as shown.
The legs M of the stove are of a novel design, as shown.
In Fig. 1 the door G of the extension or hotcloset H of the stove is provided with the stem branches and flowers, as shown, and the end of the reservoir I and the partJ are ornamented, as shown.
On the oven-door, to the upper rear side of i the branches, is a bird, and on the lower branch is a butterfly; but the leading feature of the ornamentation on this door is the particular branch with stems and flowers,as afore described and shown.
The leading features of my design are the ornamentation on the oven-door, as shown; also, the ornamentation on the liredoor K; also, the ornamentation of the stove-leg M;
