DESIGN FOR SUSPENDERS.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 12,955, dated June 6, 1882.

Application filed March 23, 1882. Term of patent 3% years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, VICTOR GUINZBURG and SAMUEL GLASS, citizens of the United States, residing in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original design or pattern to be embroidered or otherwise worked upon an article of manufacture called Suspenders, of which design the following is a specification, refer-.

in the accompanying drawing, and an ornamental field or background, encircling the letter, composed of the leaves and flowers, sub- 25 stantially as shown.

In the drawing only one end of one of the suspender-straps A with the embroidered letter upon it is shown; but we intend to place another letter upon the corresponding part of 30 the other strap nor is the number or place of the letters upon the straps essential to our design.

What we claim is- A design to be embroidered, woven into, or 3 5 otherwise wrought upon suspenders, consisting of a letter of the alphabet and a figured background, substantially as herein shown.
