To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, JAMES T. MCNALLY and WALTER H. HARRISON, ofthe ci ty, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and Improved Design for Scales, of which the followingis a full, clear, and exact description.

Reference is to be had to the following drawings, forming partof this specification, in which similar letters ofreference indicate corresponding parts in both the figures.
