I Be it known that I, CHARLES H. HELMs, of Poughkeepsie, county of Dutchess, and State of New York, have invented certain new anduseiul Improvements in Machines for Trimming-Heels of Boots and Shoes;V

Iain aware that burr-wheels with guide have J.been made and patented, but they are old, and I claim nothing of the kind; butI I am not aware thatra cutter-wheel, as shown in Fig; O, Was'ever usedor constructed; audit meets a want in shoe-manufactories.
