IMPROVEMNT IN' IBEER-COOLERS.

To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, AUGUST Hrrscnnmon, of the city and county of Milwaukee, and State` of Wisconsin, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Beer-Coolers; and I d0 hereby declarev that the following is a full, clear, and. exact description thereof', whichwill enable those skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference' being had tothe 'accompanying drawing, forming part of this-specification, in which- Figure 1 is a perspective view of my inventio Figure 2, a verticalsectional riew.'

.lhe object of" my invention is to provide a cooler for beer.
A, the outer wooden tub.
B, theiouter rim of' the outer water-tank.
C, the inner rim of' same.
I), the outer rim of the nner'watcr-tank.

F, strainer through which 'the beer falls into the tub below.
G, connections between the outer and inner watertanks, through which the water flows. 'j These connections can be unscrewed, so as to leave the two tanks separate, so that theycan be taken ont and cleaned.
H, handle and stopple in the bottom of tub A, to raise up, for the water and sediment to pass =out through, when the tub is being cleaned. f

Operation.
'lurn the cocks P, and let the water pass into the water-tanks; then convey the beer, by means of' a. pipe or conductor, to the screen F, when lit will fall into the tub and rise up around the'water-tanks, and be cooled, and draw it o through cock L.
To clean the cooler, disconnect the two tanks, by unscrewing the connections G, and lit't the tanks out separat-ely, and wash them and the tub out.
Claims.
I claim, as my invention--- 1. Tub A, water-tanks B C and I) E, with their connection G, water-pipes M, N, and O, substantially as described.
2. Tater-tanks B C and D E, connections G, and handles and openings I and K, substantially as described.
