What I claim is zv l. In a detachable collar of the character described, a neck b21-nd, an outer flap secure-,d thereto, a ocket in the neck band, a ilexble member'a apted to be inserted in the pocket, invisible securing means carried by the neck band and the outer flap adapted to engage each other and retain the lower )ortion of the flap against the neck band in ront.

In e detachable collar of the character described, a, neck band, u flap carried thereby, a pocket in the neck band, a fiexible member adapted to be inserted in said pocket, catch members carried by the upper portion of the neckl band near cach end thereof adapted to engage each other when the ends are overlapped 4in front, and catch members carried by the neck band and innerside of the outer flap ada ted to engage each other and secure the ower edges of the outer a'p in the front.
