This invention lelale to improvements in garbage reeeptaeles.
The objet't of the invention i to provide an ituproted eoustrnetion of garbage box whieh trill be anitar titlorle, waterproof and praetieallr air-tight when ('lostttl, and provided with means whereby the garhage may be eonreniently put in and removed from the box.

The bottom, front and side walls are preferably reinforeed by a bottom and sides, whereby a strong and durable trtteture'is formed. Instead of employing woreu wire as a reinforcing element, we may, it' de ired. employ a series of \\ll't' rods '3 whieh are arranged across each other and em edded in the material forming the bot tom of the re eptaele. as shown in Figs.
