Like characters of reference indicate correspending parts throughoutthe'several views.
The .binder forming the subject-matter of this application comprises cover members 1 0 and 11 preferably provided, respectively, with strips 12 and 13 connected with said cover members by flexible joints or hinges 14 and 15. The strips'12 and 13 are perforated as at 16 to permit a lacing cord lT'Vto be insei-ted therethrough and secured in any proved manner as by the knot 18.
Between the strips 12 and 13 a Aplurality of tabs 19 Aare inserted by means of perforations 20 formed therethrough registering with the openings 16 and through which the lacing c ord 17 extends.
