INIPROVED DRESSING-GLASS REFLECTOR.

To all lwhom 'it mag/ concern 4Be it known that I, CHARLES FURBEP., of London, in the Kingdornof England, have invented a new and improved Dressing-Glass Reflector; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled in the.

art to make and use the saine, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this speciiication.

This invention relates to improvements in dressingglass reectors, whereby it is designed to provide an arrangement ofthe saine that will facilitate the inspection ofthe back part of the head, or other portion of the body, while dressing.

The accompanying drawing represents a perspective view of my invention.

A represents a metallic bracket, suitably arranged to be secured, by screwing or otherwise, to the frame of a'dressing-glass, preferably at the back of the top of the saine, which is provided with a short tube, B, into which a set-screw, O, projects.

D represents a tubular support for the retlector E, which may be inserted in the tube B, at one end, and secured there by the set-screw C, and which is provided, in its other end, with a bent rod, F, closely iitting the bore of the tube, and which maybe Iadjusted in or out of the tube, thereby extending or shortening .the support, as desired, for' suspending the reflector E at the required distance from the glass.

The reflector is eonnectedto the curved end of the rod by a joint, which will admit it to be adjusted, and hold it at any angle fronting the glass.

By this simple and convenient arrangement, a dressing-glass reileetor may be readily attached to any glass,

and may also be taken off with the same facility, and the reflector and its supporting-mds may be disconnected from the bracket A, and stored away, when not required for use. n rlheconstruction of the bracket may be varied to some extent, and the manner of joining the reflector 'to the rod may be any whichis found best.
