In the accompanying drawings- A represents the top of the head-block, and
B, the shank.
' G is the front end of the reach, embedded in the groove in theshank B, and the dotted linesc c represent the bolts or rivets by which it is held therein.
1), Fig.2, represents the bottom-supporting plate of the reach G, and r E E, fig. 1, are the side-braces secured on the reach O by the'bolt e c, and in the recesses on the-shank B of the head-block by the bolt 0 e.
H represents the front spring of the vehicle as embedded in the groove in the top, A, of the head-blook.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by' Letters Patent, isf In the T- shaped head-block A- B for carii-ageathe combination of the recessed extension-arm. B with the supporting-plate D, and braces E E, arranged as herein described and set forth.
