A. I. GOODRIOH, OF WATERBURY, OONNEOTlOUT.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 7 l .738, dated December 3, 1867.
To all whom fit may concern Be it known that I, A. I. GOODRICH, of Vaterbnry, in the county ot' New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Marine Clocks; and I do hereby declare that the followingis a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled in thc art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accom panying drawings, forming part ot' this specitication.
The present invention relates to the movement-regulator of marine clocks; and it consists in making the same ot' one piece in lieu of three, as heretofore, the advantages ot' which are that it is more simple and more durable than the three-part regulator, cannot get out otrepair unless broken, and is easily made, there heilig no holes to drill, no wire to be straightened and cut, or riveting to be done.
