IMPBovBD sneu-SUPPORTER AND FASTBNER.
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Be it known that I, Anios CUTTER, of East Boston, in the county of Suffolk, aud State of Massachusetts, have invented a new and improved Sash-Supporter and Fastener; and I 'do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable othersskilled in the art to make and use thesame,
reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification.
The present invention relates to alnovel and simple constructed andarranged kattachment for the sash or window-frame, which is such as to vbe susceptible of being brought to bear against the window or the sash-frame, as the case may be, with a greater or less amount of force, by a simple turning in or out of a thumb-screw, or other equivalent device.' In the accompanying plate of drawings my improved sash-supporter and fastener is illustrated, the figure being a front elevation of a window, showing a sash-frame arranged therein, and broken out to illustrate my improved constructed supporter. y
A, in the drawings, represents the window-frame. B, the sash-frame, in' and along the side rails or bars of which my improved supporter is arranged. I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patentp TheV combination'of the arms carrying the rollers or wheel-holder F, and thumb-screw G, or its equivalent, substantially as and for the purpose described. v
