What we claim as new, and desire to secure-by Letters Patent, is
1. The legs H, attached to the .sides-'ofthe box Ain an inclined position, the longer legs having pivoted in their upper 'endsthe curved oscillating arms B, as herein set forth for the purpose specified.
2. The oscillat-ingarms B, constructed as described, the lower convex side having parallel convex slats C and its bottom edge board inclined to form an acute angle-with the convex sidesits upper end curved in the arc of acircle'insuch a manner that in its oscillations it shall completely fill the slot in the cover E, preventing thc escape of liquid, as herein set forth for the purpose specified.
