SPECIFICATION forming part of Letters Application filed June 7, 1884.
To @ZZ whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, GUSTAV DANIEL and MAX RUBIN, `of the' city and county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, haveinvented certain new 'and useful Improvements in Shirts,ofwhieh the following is a specification. The invention relates to an ilnprovedshirt, which is provided at the front and back with tabs that are to be used in place ofsuspenders; and the invention consists of ashirt provided with a yoke, a back opening, and with parallel tabs attached-to and extending down from the yoke at each side of the back opening to the waist ofthe shirt, and with parallel fronttabs attached to the front part ofthe body of the shirt, one at each side of the bosom, and extended down to the waist of the shirt, said rear and front tabs being provided with button holes or loops at their lower ends.,
In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 represent-s a front elevation, and Fig. 2a rear elevation, of our improved shirt.

A, in the drawings, represents the body of a shirt, which is provided with a yoke, D, and an opening at the back of the shirt. At the back of the shirtfbody A are arranged tabs B', which are attached to the yoke and back, one at each side of and parallel tothe back opening, the lower free ends of thetabs B being provided with button holes Vor loops C. To the front of the shirt-body A are also att-ached, one at each side of the bosom, parallel tabs B, which extend, like the rear tabs, down to the waist of the shirt, the front tabs being forked at their lower ends, the free forked ends being provided with button holes or loops C, as shown in Fig. 1.
