Suggs, High Point, N. C. Application March 19, 1953, Serial No. 343,449 1 Claim. (Cl. 2-174) This invention relates to ear protectors designed primarily for protecting the ears of persons against heat of driers used in beauty parlors, for drying the hair after the hair has been shampooed and dressed.
The primary object of the invention is to provide a de vice of this character which is constructed in such a way and of such material that when it is positioned over an ear, and the usual hair net is placed thereover, the protector will collapse against the ear, the rear surface of the protector resting directly against the portion of the head in back of the ear, to provide a protector for the head, protecting that portion of the head in back of the ear, against the heat from the drier.
With the foregoing and other objects in view which will appear as the description proceeds, the invention consists of certain novel details of construction and combinations of parts, hereinafter more fully described and pointed out in the claim, it being understood that changes may be made in the construction and arrangement of parts without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed.
