  • This invention relates to gloves and'like hand coverings and concerns an improvement in the hitherto proposed hand coverings of the kind comprising an inner glove having separate stalls for the fingers and the thumb and an outer member in the form of a mitten connected to the wrist of the glove in a fixed or detachable manner and having its front and back portions above the wrist connected at the edges or any other suitable place by a zip fastener (otherwise called a sliding clasp'fastener) or other suitable closing meanswhich can be released to enable these portions to be rolled or folded back to form a cuff and'so to expose thewhole of the inner glove except the wrist.

  • the pocket is formed in the wall of the mitten lying adjacent to the palm of the glove but in any case the mitten is conveniently provided with a lining, in which case the pocket is formed in or constituted by the space between the outer wall and the lining of the mitten.
