Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a yacht lifting apparatus, and more particularly, to a yacht lifting apparatus capable of safely transferring a ship at a pier or a dock at the shore without vibrating the ship.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • In general, a yacht lifting apparatus is provided at a pier at a fishing village, the shore, or a dock (hereinafter, commonly referred to as a ‘dock’). After a ship is lifted to the sea or a ship on the sea is transferred to a breakwater or land by using the yacht lifting apparatus, and the ship is fixed and repaired. The ship is evacuated to a safe zone in the bad weather by using the yacht lifting apparatus to prevent the ship from being damaged and sunk.
  • As the related art of such a yacht lifting apparatus, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0503918 discloses ‘Fixed type fishing boat salvage device’ and Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0853291 discloses ‘Crane.’ However, according to the related art, since a cantilever type apparatus is provided, the apparatus is used to lift only a small and light ship, so that it may be difficult to lift a medium-sized or large-sized ship. Further, it may be difficult to lift a deluxe ship or yacht having a complicated structure. It may be unstable to move the ship, and the ship may be highly likely to be damaged and broken due to vibration and shaking.
  • For this reason, there are Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1059011 (Aug. 17, 2011) or Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1068012 (Sep. 20, 2011) that are previously proposed and registered by the same applicant as that of the present invention, and, thus, detailed description thereof will not be presented. However, according to the related art, a horizontal member 3 is coupled to an upper part of a vertical member 2 of a structure 1, and a wheel 5 is provided at a bottom. Further, while a ship 100 is mounted on a band 6 connected to a hoist 5 provided at an upper part, since the ship is moved and lifted, the ship may be vibrated or weaved, so that the ship is unstably vibrated and inclined toward a side. Furthermore, the ship may be highly likely to lose its center or to be turned over, and the ship may be seriously damaged and broken due to a typhoon or strong wind. Especially, since a bottom surface of the ship has a streamline shape (a curved line shape), the band may be highly likely to be separated from a ship body, and the apparatus may be vulnerable to stability.
  • DISCLOSURE Technical Problem
  • In order to solve the aforementioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a yacht lifting apparatus capable of safely transferring a ship while protecting the ship from external impact by bringing a ship body fixing unit provided inside a frame into contact with a bottom surface of the ship to prevent the ship from vibrating or shaking.
  • Further, an object of the present invention is to also provide a yacht lifting apparatus capable of maintaining the center of the ship again or helping with a lifting operation by including an assistant crane at an upper part of a main body frame.
  • Technical Solution
  • An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a yacht lifting apparatus that includes a main body frame that stands upright at both sides of a ship to support a weight and has a wheel provided on a bottom surface, a lifting unit that elevates a band wound around the ship at an upper part of the main body frame, and a control unit that controls an operation of the apparatus, and is configured to transfer and lift the ship to a predetermined place. The yacht lifting apparatus includes first cylinders that are provided at a lower part of the main body frame to face a ship body of the ship; and a ship body fixing unit that brings contact tools coupled to front ends of the first cylinders into contact with the ship body to prevent the ship from vibrating.
  • According to the present invention, cushion members of the ship body fixing unit may be attached onto contact surfaces of the contact tools.
  • According to the present invention, the first cylinders may be connected to the main body frame by hinges, and second cylinders that fold the first cylinders so as not to interfere the ship when the ship is lifted may be provided.
  • Further, according to the present invention, the apparatus may further include an assistant crane that includes a post that is provided at an upper frame of the main body frame, a beam member that is horizontally provided at the post, a driving unit that is provided at one side of the beam member, a wire that is operated by the driving unit, and a hook that is hung on the wire.
  • Effect of the Invention
  • According to the present invention, since a bottom of a ship lifted by a yacht lifting apparatus is supported by a ship body fixing unit, it is possible to prevent the ship mounted by a band of a lifting unit from vibrating to provide stability, and to safely transfer and lift the ship. Further, it is possible to minimize and absorb vibration and impact applied to the ship and to prevent the ship from being damaged and broken. In addition, it is possible to increase a moving speed of the ship in performing a lifting operation and to remarkably reduce a lifting operation time. Moreover, it is possible to markedly improve productivity and quality.
  • Further, according to the present invention, since an assistant crane is provided at an upper part of the main body, it is possible to maintain the center of the ship while fixing the ship again and to easily transfer a very heavy object, an operation object, an operation tool, a heavy object (hereinafter, commonly referred to as a ‘heavy object’) as well as components of the ship being manufactured.

  • BEST MODE
  • Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. If it is determined that detailed description of known relevant functions or configurations may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
  • Referring to the drawings, in the present invention, there is provided a yacht lifting apparatus that includes a main body frame 10 that stands upright at both sides of a ship 100 to support a weight and has a wheel 13 provided on a bottom surface, a lifting unit 20 that elevates a band 24 wound around the ship 100 at an upper part of the main body frame 10, and a control unit that controls an operation of the apparatus, and is configured to transfer and lift the ship 100 to a predetermined place. The yacht lifting apparatus includes a ship body fixing unit 30 that brings contact tools 34 coupled to front ends of first cylinders 32 provided inside the main body frame 10 by hinges 37 into contact with a bottom surface of the ship body to prevent the ship 100 from vibrating.
  • Detailed description of the yacht lifting apparatus will be presented below.
  • A yacht lifting apparatus 1 of the present invention includes a main body frame 10 that supports a weight of a ship 100, a lifting unit 20 that elevates the ship 100, and a control unit that controls an operation of the apparatus, and further includes a ship body fixing unit 30 that prevents the ship 100 from vibrating, and an assistant crane 40 that is provided at the main body frame 10.
  • The main body frame 10 stands upright at edges of a rectangular box structure, and includes a vertical frame 11 that has a wheel 13 provided at a bottom surface and is connected to a horizontal lower frame 14, and an upper frame 12 that is horizontally provided at an upper end of the vertical frame. Further, a lifting unit 20 is provided at a rail 16 provided at the upper frame, and the lifting unit is preferably attached to a carriage 18 running along the rail to be horizontally moved and stopped. A ladder 19 that allows an administrator to safely move up and down is provided at the vertical frame, and a handrail that prevents falling is provided at the upper frame 12.
  • Although not shown, a wheel driving unit (not shown) for driving the wheel 13 is provided at a lower part of the main body frame 10, and the wheel driving unit includes a power generating unit that generates a rotation power, and a power transferring unit that transfers the rotation power to the wheel. Furthermore, the power generating unit includes an electric motor or an engine, and the power transferring unit includes a gear box or a belt/pulley. The power transferring unit includes a braking unit such as a brake for stopping the wheel 13.
  • At least one or more or a plurality of lifting units 20 is provided at both upper sides of the main body frame, and can lift (hoist) the ship. A hook 23 is hung on a front end of a wire lifted by a hoist 22, and a band 24 is connected to the hook. The ship 100 is slowly lifted or hoisted using four hoists 22 that are provided at left and right sides by two by winding the band 24 around two places in a longitudinal direction of the ship body. In order to easily lift the ship, it is necessary to maintain a regular distance between the hoists 22 and to elevate the hoists at the same hoisting speed. At this time, it is necessary to maintain the center (balance) of the ship, and a balance control unit including a detecting sensor that detects an overload applied to the hoist to stably perform an associated control is preferably provided.
  • Moreover, upper supporting cylinders 26 that are driven by hydraulic pressure supplying units 25 and support the upper part of the main body frame are provided at both upper sides of the main body frame 10 to be bilateral symmetrical. The upper supporting cylinders 26 are provided at an inner surface of the vertical frame to face each other, and reinforce the upper part of the main body frame and prevent from being twisted by moving piston rods forward to allow brackets 27 attached to front ends to come in contact with each other. In other words, when lifting the ship, since the piston rods are returned to be opened, the ship is not interfered by a master, and when the lifting of the ship is finished or the ship is not interfered, the upper supporting cylinders are blocked to reinforce the main body frame. That is, by using the upper supporting cylinders, it is possible to effectively prevent the upper part of the vertical frame from being deformed or bent inward due to the weight of the ship vertically applied, and the brackets 27 increase contact areas to increase fixing force.
  • The control unit controls an overall operation of the apparatus such as the lifting unit 20, the hydraulic pressure supplying unit 25, the cylinder and the assistance crane 40, and a control unit 28 is attached to a safety place of a side surface or the upper part of the main body frame. In addition, a controller 29 that is connected to the control unit 28 in a wired or wireless manner is provided to allow the administrator to control the operation of the apparatus through the controller 29 on the ground.
  • According to the present invention, first cylinders 32 of the ship body fixing unit 30 are provided on an inner surface of the lower part of the vertical frame 11, and the first cylinders 32 are provided at the both sides of the main body frame to be inclined upward and to be symmetrical. Contact tools 34 that are provided at front ends of the piston rods come in contact with a front surface (a bottom surface) of the ship body, so that it is possible to prevent the ship 100 from weaving, vibrating or shaking and to provide stability. Further, it is preferred that the contact tools 34 closely come in contact with the front surface of the ship body at a wide area through naturally surface contact by being assembled to the piston rods of the first cylinders 32 by using hinges 37 to increase the contact area with the ship body. Thus, it is possible to provide stability.
  • Meanwhile, the first cylinders 32 are provided such that lower ends thereof are fixed to the main body frame, or the first cylinders have the following folding structure in which the lower ends are folded or unfolded.
  • According to the present invention, the first cylinders 32 are connected to the main body frame 10 by hinges 33. Second cylinders 38 that fold the first cylinders 32 so as not to interfere the ship 100 when lifting the ship are provided. That is, one ends of the first cylinders 32 are assembled to the main body frame by hinges 33, and the first cylinders 32 are tilted toward sides by the second cylinders 38 provided on one sides, and the ship are not interfered by the first cylinders 32 when lifting (elevating) the ship.
  • According to the present invention, cushion members 36 of the ship body fixing unit 30 are attached to contact surfaces of the contact tools 34. That is, the cushion members 36 increase contact frictional force to reduce sliding on a front surface of the ship body and to prevent the ship body fixing unit from being separated. Further, the cushion members absorb vibration or impact by cushion to prevent the ship body from being damaged. Furthermore, the cushion members are preferably made of synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, urethane, or leather.
  • According to the present invention, there is provided the assistance crane 40 that includes a post 42 that is provided at the upper frame 12 of the main body frame 10; a beam member 44 that is horizontally provide at the post 42; a driving unit 46 that is provided at one side of the beam member 44; a wire 47 that is operated by the driving unit 46; and a hook 48 that is hung on the wire 47. That is, the assistant crane 40 fixes the ship or the master when lifting the ship or transfers a heavy object, and provides stability and convenience.
  • In the assistant crane 40, the beam member 44 is horizontally coupled to an upper end of the post 42 that is vertically provided, the wire 47 is connected to a front end of the beam member, and the hook 48 is hung on the wire. The wire is wound around or unwound from a wire drum (not shown) rotated by the driving unit 46 provided at one side to elevate the hook. The driving unit 46 includes an electric motor or a hydraulic motor operated by a hydraulic pressure, and a power is transferred by a typical power transferring unit to drive the crane.
  • The assistant crane 40 is preferably movable while the post 42 is provided at one side of the upper frame 12 or the main body frame 11 to be fixed or is provided at the carriage 18 to be fixed. In order to lower the center of gravity, a height of the post 42 is preferably decreased, and the beam member 44 is folded at a multi-stage. Since the beam member is expanded by a hydraulic pressure and is horizontally rotated, it is possible to extend an operating radius.
  • An operating state of the yacht lifting apparatus 1 of the present invention having the aforementioned configuration will be described. When the ship 100 enters between ground structures 110 such as a dock, since a master 102 of the ship is high, the piston rods of the upper supporting cylinders 26 are returned into the cylinders to allow front portions to be opened, the ship is allowed to approach the structure without being interfered by the master.
  • When the ship 100 approaches, the piston rods of the upper supporting cylinders 26 are moved forward to allow the brackets 27 to come in contact with each other, the band 24 surrounds the ship 100 to be connected to the hook 23, and then the hoists 25 is operated to slowly lift the ship.
  • Here, when the upper supporting cylinders 26 are not provided, since bending moment is applied to the left and right upper frames by the weight of the ship to cause deformation on a front surface thereof when lifting the ship, it is possible to effectively reinforce the main body frame due to the upper supporting cylinders 26 to prevent deformation and damage. In other words, since the main body frame 10 has no lower frame 14 at front and rear sides, the ship is allowed to easily enter or exit. However, when lifting the ship, since the deformation of the main body frame is caused by the weight, the main body frame is reinforced by the upper supporting cylinders 26. Further, it is possible to efficiently perform a lifting operation by using the assistant crane 40.
