  • the jacquard weave structure of the present invention can be manufactured automatically via an automatic jacquard apparatus for producing many various weave structures.
  • One aspect of the invention is a jacquard weave structure with a gradational light-emitting effect, comprising: a plurality of opaque wires, a plurality of flexible transparent wires, and a light-emitting module.
  • the flexible transparent wires respectively interweaves with the opaque wires each other, for one part of the flexible transparent wires being covered by the opaque wires and other part of the flexible transparent wires being exposed out to form a predetermined arrangement shape.
  • the light-emitting module is disposed beside end sides of the flexible transparent wires.
  • the light-emitting module provides light source and transmits the light source into the flexible transparent wires
  • the one part of the flexible transparent wires becomes a covered dark area and the other part of the flexible transparent wires becomes a shining bright area.
  • Another aspect of the invention is a method for manufacturing a jacquard weave structure with a gradational light-emitting effect, comprising: designing a shining bright area with a predetermined arrangement shape; respectively interweaving a plurality of flexible transparent wires with a plurality of opaque wires each other, for one part of the flexible transparent wires being covered by the opaque wires to form a covered dark area, and other part of the flexible transparent wires being exposed out to form the shining bright area with the predetermined arrangement shape; and disposing a light-emitting module beside end sides of the flexible transparent wires for providing light source and transmitting the light source into the flexible transparent wires.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective, schematic view of a light-emitting mark structure that is composed of an optical cloth and a cover for generating a predetermined shining bright area according to the prior art;
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an optical structure that has been bended into a predetermined shape according to the prior art
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the optical structure with the predetermined shape that is sewed on a sock according to the prior art
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a jacquard weave structure with a gradational light-emitting effect for showing characters and numbers according to the present invention
  • FIG. 4A is an enlarged drawing of FIG. 4 according to the first embodiment (when using a light-emitting unit) of the present invention
  • FIG. 4B is an enlarged drawing of FIG. 4 according to the second embodiment (when using a plurality of light-emitting units) of the present invention.

  • FIG. 6 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing a jacquard weave structure with a gradational light-emitting effect according to the present invention.
  • the first embodiment of the present invention provides a jacquard weave structure with a gradational light-emitting effect, comprising: a plurality of opaque wires 1 , a plurality of flexible transparent wires 2 , and a light-emitting module 3 .
  • the opaque wires 1 can be chemical yarns or any opaque yarns.
  • the flexible transparent wires 2 can be optical fibers or any wire with a flexible and transparent function.
  • the flexible transparent wires 2 can be made of transparent thermoplastic material; alternatively, each flexible transparent wire 2 can be selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate, polystyene, polymethyl methacrylate, MMA-styrene Copolymer, thermoplastic Polyurethane and ethylene vinyl acetate.
  • each flexible transparent wire 2 can be selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate, polystyene, polymethyl methacrylate, MMA-styrene Copolymer, thermoplastic Polyurethane and ethylene vinyl acetate.
  • above-mentioned materials of the flexible transparent wires 2 do not use to limit the present invention. Hence, any material with an opaque function or a flexible and transparent function is protected in the present invention.
  • the flexible transparent wires 2 respectively interweaves with the opaque wires 1 each other, for one part of the flexible transparent wires 2 being covered by the opaque wires 1 and other part of the flexible transparent wires 2 being exposed out to form a predetermined arrangement shape S.
  • the predetermined arrangement shape S is a “TAIWAN NO. 1”.
  • the flexible transparent wires 2 are regularly or irregularly interweaved with the opaque wires 1 each other respectively.
  • the predetermined arrangement shape S is a continuous or discontinuous arrangement shape.
  • the light-emitting module 3 is disposed beside end sides of the flexible transparent wires 2 .
  • the light-emitting module 3 is composed of a light-emitting unit 30 and a control unit 31 for controlling the light-emitting unit 30 .
  • the light-emitting module 3 provides the light source and transmits the light source into the flexible transparent wires 2
  • one part of the flexible transparent wires 2 are covered by one part of the opaque wires 1 to form a covered dark area (not shown) and other part of the flexible transparent wires 2 are exposed out to form a shining bright area 21 with the predetermined arrangement shape S.
  • the other part of the opaque wires 1 becomes a non-shining bright area 10 .
  • a light-emitting module 3 ′ is composed of a plurality of light-emitting units 30 ′ and a control unit 31 ′ for controlling the light-emitting units 30 ′.
  • a plurality of flexible transparent wires 2 ′ respectively interweaves with a plurality of opaque wires 1 ′ each other.
  • light source of each light-emitting unit 3 ′ is projected toward the corresponding light source inlet 20 ′.
  • the flexible transparent wires 2 respectively interweaves with the opaque wires 1 each other.
  • the other part of the flexible transparent wires 2 exposed out to form the shining bright area 21 with the predetermined arrangement shape S can be stripes S 1 or figures S 2 .
  • the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a jacquard weave structure with a gradational light-emitting effect.
  • the steps of the method comprises: designing a shining bright area 21 with a predetermined arrangement shape S (S 100 ); respectively interweaving a plurality of flexible transparent wires 2 with a plurality of opaque wires 1 each other, for one part of the flexible transparent wires 2 being covered by the opaque wires 1 to form a covered dark area (not shown), and other part of the flexible transparent wires 2 being exposed out to form the shining bright area 21 with the predetermined arrangement shape S (S 102 ); and disposing a light-emitting module 3 beside end sides of the flexible transparent wires 2 for providing light source and transmitting the light source into the flexible transparent wires 2 (S 104 ).
  • the present invention provides a plurality of flexible transparent wires 2 that are respectively interweaved with opaque wires 1 each other to form a jacquard weave structure, and one part of the flexible transparent wires 2 are exposed out to form a shining bright area 21 with a predetermined arrangement shape S.
  • the present invention has some advantages, as follows:
