Abstract
The invention discloses a gas stove deflecting air-wall structure including a jet airflow discharging device disposed near a gas stove consisted of a U-shaped tube from three individual tubes using universal joints. Within each of the tubes is provided with a squirrel cage, and adjacent tubes are connected by means of multi-directional swivels. One of the squirrel cages is connected with a motor that drives and rotates the squirrel cages, and the airflow generated within the tubes is discharged through outlets at the top thereof, thus forming a invisible and transparent air-wall. The air-wall formed then forwards smoke produced by a smoke exhaust upwards to the suction area of the smoke exhaust, thereby preventing the smoke dirtying kitchen utensils and harming the health as being inhaled by human lungs.
Description
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The invention relates to an invisible air-wall structure formed between a gas stove and a smoke exhaust by means of a jet airflow discharging device. The air-wall then separates the air in and out of the air-wall and forwards the smoke produced by the smoke exhaust upwards to the suction area of the smoke exhaust, thereby preventing the smoke from dirtying kitchen utensils and harming the health as being inhaled by human lungs.
- (b) Description of the Related Art
- A conventional gas stove is generally provided with a smoke exhaust above that discharges the smoke produced by the gas stove. A distance usually exists between the gas stove and the smoke exhaust, and thus forming dead corners unreachable by the smoke exhaust. And therefore part of the smoke produced yet dirties kitchen utensils or even affects the health as being inhaled by human lungs.
- Therefore, an object of the invention is to provide a jet airflow discharging device for installing near a common gas stove. The jet airflow discharging device, through rotation of a three-segmental squirrel cage driven by a motor, is capable of separating the air in and out of an invisible air-wall formed upwards from the jet airflow produced, thus forwarding the smoke upwards to the suction area of the smoke exhaust. The suction deficiency of the smoke exhaust is then compensated for preventing the smoke from dirtying kitchen utensils and harming the health as being inhaled by human lungs.
- Another object of the invention is to drive the smoke produced by directing the airflow upwards to the suction area of the smoke exhaust by disposing a deflecting air-wall capable of compensating the airflow deficiency at the two ends of the tube of the squirrel cage, respectively.

- FIG. 3 is a partial sectional view showing the jet airflow discharging device in accordance with the invention.

- FIG. 5 is a sectional structural view of the jet airflow discharging device in accordance with the invention.
- Illustrations of the invention shall be given with the accompanying drawings hereunder.
- Referring to FIG. 1, above a common
kitchen gas stove 1 is provided with asmoke exhaust 2, whose blow discharges the smoke produced during cooking. The characteristics of the above shall be described below. - As shown in FIG. 2, near the
gas stove 1 is disposed with a jetairflow discharging device 3 consisted of threetubes universal joints motor 36. Wherein, twoadjacent tubes universal joints tubes squirrel cages motor 36 is connected to thesquirrel cage 311 within theside tube 31, and thesquirrel cage 311 within theside tube 31 is also connected to thesquirrel cage 321 within themiddle tube 32 by means of amulti-directional swivel 341. Thesquirrel cage 321 within themiddle tube 32 is further connected to thesquirrel cage 331 within theother side tube 33 by means of amulti-directional swivel 351. Thus themotor 36 is able to drive and rotate the threesquirrel cages motor 36 may also be used to drive themulti-directional swivels universal joints squirrel cages squirrel cages squirrel cages tubes - Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, reflecting
blades tubes airflow discharging device 3 according to the invention, themotor 36 drives thesquirrel cages smoke exhaust 2, thereby compensating the suction deficiency of thesmoke exhaust 2 and further preventing the smoke from dirtying kitchen utensils and harming the health as being inhaled by human lungs. - In addition, the jet
airflow discharging device 3 according to the invention may not only be disposed between thegas stove 1 and other kitchen units but may also be combined with thegas stove 1 or other kitchen units during the production process to become one body. - Conclusive from the above, a jet airflow discharging device according to the invention is disposed near a kitchen gas stove, such that an invisible air-wall is formed using jet airflow that forwards smoke produced upwards to the suction area of a smoke exhaust, thereby preventing the smoke dirtying kitchen utensils or harming the health as being inhaled by human lungs. It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
Claims (5)
1. A gas stove deflecting air-wall structure comprising a jet airflow discharging device disposed near a gas stove consisted of three tubes, two universal joints, a motor, three squirrel cages, and two multi-directional swivels; wherein two adjacent tubes are connected to one universal joint by means of screw bolts, respectively; in each of the tubes is provided with a squirrel cadge; an axle of the motor is connected to the squirrel cage within a side tube also connected to the squirrel cage within the middle tube by means of a multi-directional swivel, and the squirrel cage within the middle tube is further connected to the squirrel cage within the other side tube by means of a multi-directional swivel; the motor then drives and rotates the squirrel cages to form an invisible air-wall that forwards the smoke produced upwards to the suction area of the smoke exhaust, thereby preventing the smoke from dirtying kitchen utensils and harming the healthy as inhaled by human lungs.
2. The gas stove deflecting air-wall structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the two ends of each of the three tubes are provided with a deflecting blade, respectively, and the angles of the deflecting blades may be adjusted for compensating the airflow deficiency.
3. The gas stove deflecting air-wall structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the jet airflow discharging device and the gas stove may be combined into one body.
4. The gas stove deflecting air-wall structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the multi-directional swivels within the universal joints may be driven by the motor.
5. The gas stove deflecting air-wall structure in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the squirrel cages may be joined using a segmental joining method.
