Description

Fume exhaust fan
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil fume purification device, in particular to a range hood.
Background
The range hood has become one of the indispensable kitchen household electrical appliances in modern families. The range hood works by utilizing the fluid dynamics principle, sucks and exhausts oil smoke through a centrifugal fan arranged in the range hood, and filters partial grease particles by using a filter screen. The centrifugal fan comprises a volute, an impeller arranged in the volute and a motor driving the impeller to rotate. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure suction is generated in the center of the fan, oil smoke below the range hood is sucked into the fan, accelerated by the fan and then collected and guided by the volute to be discharged out of a room.
In the northern weather, the floor heating is laid indoors, the sealing performance is good, and when a user carries out cooking experience, if a fan system of the range hood is not opened, indoor air can be discharged outdoors, so that the indoor atmospheric pressure is gradually lower than that outdoors, the air pressure difference is caused, the oil smoke absorption effect is seriously influenced, and the smoke leakage phenomenon is caused; if the window is opened, indoor air can be exhausted outdoors through the range hood, and outdoor cold air can enter the room to cause the indoor temperature to drop and cause discomfort; the existing range hood cannot solve the problem, so that the range hood which can be used in northern floor heating families is developed, and the range hood has important practical significance.
The oil absorption cigarette effect is range hood's important performance index, and the user can discover after using range hood culinary art at present that top of a kitchen range, wall, range hood fuselage all can be stained with the oil smoke, and it is very hard to experience when not good to clean, and this is because partial oil smoke flees among the culinary art in-process, through wall ceramic tile, glass condensation, so promote range hood oil absorption cigarette effect also extremely important. In addition, the noise is also the important performance index of range hood, and side suction range hood commonly used at present, because the fan system is put down, the air intake is close to the people body, so the noise is generally great, warms up indoor in the north because atmospheric pressure changes leads to air intake pressure unstable, and the noise grow makes user experience not good. The existing method for improving the oil smoke absorption effect and reducing the noise of the range hood is to improve the molded line of a volute of a host fan system, or optimize an internal flow field, or attach sound-absorbing cotton, rarely improve the external flow field, and has little effect on improving the oil smoke absorption effect and reducing the noise.
