Furthermore, inserting pins configured on left and right member device casings of the front member device respectively fixedly insert into inserting pin holes defined in two ends of each of left and right casing covers, thus realizing a configuration that enables joining of the casing covers to the member device casings, and which thus facilitates an extremely convenient and applicable jointing method for assembly of the smoke guiding machine.
Description
- (a) Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a smoke guiding machine, and more particularly to a smoke guiding machine utilizing a configuration whereby air walls are disposed around a gas stove. The smoke guiding machine of the present invention is capable of guiding smoke produced while cooking to an entrance of a smoke exhaust, and therefrom discharging the smoke outdoors and omnidirectionally isolating the smoke.
- (b) Description of the Prior Art
- A common kitchen gas stove is provided with a smoke exhaust configured above the kitchen gas stove, and which is utilized for discharging smoke to an upper portion of the kitchen gas stove. However, because a specific distance exists between the smoke exhaust and the gas stove, thus suction range of the smoke exhaust cannot be effectively realized, resulting in a portion of remaining smoke still contaminating kitchen utensils, which can also be hazardous to lungs when inhaled.
- Referring to Taiwan patent No. 383088, entitled air Forwarding Device for Assisting Suction and Discharge of Smoke Exhaust (hereinafter referred to as the first cited invention), and Taiwan patent No. 479789, entitled Compelling Smoke Guiding Machine (hereinafter referred to as the second cited invention), wherein a
positioning pole 3 is necessarily used for pivotally disposing aair forwarding device 2 to asmoke exhaust 11 in the first cited invention. However, agas stove 12 as used in a household comes in distinct dimensions, and, thus, thegas stove 12 having larger dimensions is inapplicable for use in the first cited invention. In addition, theair forwarding device 2 cannot be attached around thegas stove 12 so as to form an integral unit with thegas stove 12. - A compelling smoke guiding machine A disclosed in the second cited invention has a relatively complicated structure. The compelling smoke guiding machine A comprises structural configurations including a
secondary arm 2, a pivotal arm 30, an end cover 40, a transmission axis cover 50, an interconnecting pole 60, a cover assembly 70, a blower 80 and a blower fan axis 90. Furthermore, the smoke guiding machine A can only be disposed in front of agas stove 11, and thus fails to function as an omnidirectional smoke-isolating device. Above all, the compelling smoke guiding machine A cannot be attached around thegas stove 11 so as to form an integral unit therewith. - The
air forwarding device 2 and the compelling smoke guiding machine of the first and second cited inventions respectively are assembled using screw bolts and are thus labor intensive. Furthermore, because the structural configurations of the two cited inventions have invariable dimensions, thus the structural configurations cannot be integrally combined with a conventional gas stove unit having distinct dimensions. In addition, such prior structural configurations are inadaptable to different heights between the smoke exhaust and the gas stove in various households, and are unable to effectuate adjusting appropriate air speeds for forwarding and facilitating discharge of the smoke produced. - A primary object of the present invention is to provide a smoke guiding machine, wherein left and right member devices are joined to a front member device by means of terminals and fixing pins inserting into terminal ports and pin holes of the front member device respectively, and the terminals being inserted into the terminal ports can thereby actuate conductive flow of electricity. Furthermore, inserting pins configured on left and right member device casings of the front member device are respectively fixedly inserted into inserting pin holes defined in left and right casing covers respectively, thus realizing a configuration that allows lifting of the casing covers when required, and which thus facilitates an extremely convenient and applicable jointing method for assembly of the smoke guiding machine.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a smoke guiding machine, wherein a button clasp is configured in an indentation of each of the member device casings of the left and right member devices. Furthermore, a clasp hook of each of the button clasps respectively hook into a clasp hole of the respective member device casing of the front member device, thereby fixing position of the left and right member devices thereat. Upon wishing to separate the left and right member devices from the front member device, the button clasps are pressed to effectuate disengagement of the left and right member devices from the front member device.
- Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a smoke guiding machine, wherein screws ordinarily screw down the left and right casing covers configured on an upper portion of the left and right member device casings on two sides of the front member device respectively, thus the left and right casing covers are incapable of being opened, and prevents children from arbitrarily opening the casing covers. When foreign bodies, such as vegetable residue, and so on, are accidentally dropped into the member device casings, the screws can be unscrewed thereby allowing opening up of the casing covers to facilitate extracting the vegetable residue and foreign bodies.

An invertedhook 331 respectively configured on an upper and a lower end of thebutton clasp 33 hook onto respectiveprotruding pieces 318 of inner edges of theindentation 317 of themember device casing 31. Aclasp post 332 at one end of thebutton clasp 33 then extends into apost hole 319 defined in a side of theindentation 317 of themember device casing 31. Aspring 34 is disposed on a claspingpin 320 of an inner side of themember device casing 31, and another end of thespring 34 abuts upon a side edge of thebutton clasp 33. Furthermore, another end of thebutton clasp 33 is provided with aclasp hook 333. Theclasp hook 333 hooks into aclasp hole 124 of the rightmember device casing 12 of the front member device 1 (seeFIG. 3 ), thus enabling thefront member device 1 to fix position of theright member device 3. Upon wishing to disconnect thefront member device 1 from theright member device 3, thebutton clasp 33 must be pressed, whereat thebutton clasp 33 inwardly squeezes thespring 34, and theclasp hook 333 thus disengages from clasping within theclasp hole 124 of the rightmember device casing 12, and the right member device thereby separates from the front member device. - Furthermore, a same jointing method is employed for joining the
left casing cover 110 and theright casing cover 120 of thefront member device 1 to thefront member device 1, thus, taking theright casing cover 120 as an example, as depicted inFIG. 4 , two oppositely directed insertingpins 123 are configured on a top edge of an inner side of the rightmember device casing 12 of the front member device 1 (seeFIG. 4D ), and insertingpin holes 1202 are respectively defined in two ends of theright casing cover 120, and which provide for the insertingpins 123 to respectively insert thereinto and thereby fix position thereat, thus realizing a configuration that enables joining of theright casing cover 120 to the rightmember device casing 12 and for lifting of theright casing cover 120 when required. Ascrew 16 upwardly screws into a bottom end of a front edge of theright casing cover 120 through a base of the rightmember device casing 12, thereby solidly screwing down theright casing cover 120 to the rightmember device casing 12, and thus preventing children from arbitrarily opening theright casing cover 120. When foreign bodies, such as vegetable residue, and so on, are accidentally dropped into the rightmember device casing 12 through theair inlet openings 1201 of theright casing cover 120, a user can unscrew thescrew 16, and lift up theright casing cover 120, thereby facilitating extracting the vegetable residue and foreign bodies. - Furthermore, a same jointing method is employed for joining the
member device casings right member devices member device casing 3 as an example, as depicted inFIG. 5 , wherein a top end of a rear side of thecasing cover 32 is provided with threebolt holes 322, which provide for bolts to bolt down into themember device casing 31.
