If desired the frame of the invention may be constructed from sheet metal instead of. from wire. A device so constructed is shown in Fig 5. Thisrdevice consists of a" T-shaped frame 32 formed with a stem-33 anda crossbar 34 connects ed therewith. The crossbar serves as the base for engagement with'the :bight 13 of the sleeve whereas the stem 33 serves as the structure connectingfthe clamp proper'to" the base. The's'tem $3315 bent atxits upper end 35 to? form an arm 36' which overlies said stem and which is normally engaged with said stem as illustrated in the drawing. ,This arm has attached to it a plate 3l-which serves the same purpose as the plate .21 of the other form of the invention. This latter plateis constructed with ears 38 which fit over themariginaledges of the armj36 and which hold theplateattached thereto. To prevent the plate from turning said arm may be constructed with notches which receive said ears 38 and hold the said parts firmly attached to the .plate. With jthisform of the invention the bent part 35-o'f the stem 33 which'connects the said stem with the arm 36 serves as the resilient hinge by means of which the arm is movably connected to said stem.

I In the use of the'invention shown in Fig. 5 the device is applied and manipulated in exactly the same .manner as with the other form of the invention. The cross bar 34 engages within the bightt3 of the sleeve 1 I and the stem-33and arm 36 serve as jaw members of the clamp for engagementwith the folded part of .the sleeve to hold the holder attached thereto. Where a great deal of resiliency is not required the device shown in Fig. 2 may be constructed.

An extremely neat and attractive'device is provided by means ofwhich the sleeves of a shirt may be rolled up and held in 'erect position. The device is extremely simple in operationand there areno complicated or intricate parts to get out of. order. The device may be constructed at a nominal cost and maybe made extremely ornamental permitting of the application of any'type 0f embellishmentthereon.- Onlythe ornamental part of the sleeve holder can be seen when the Eli ' sleeve within thebight thereof and holding the erect position. 1

Having described my invention what I claim as new and desire to protect by Letters Patent is:

l. A sleeve holder for use with the sleeve of a garment having the cuff folded back upon the sleeve, said sleeve holder comprising a member for engagement in the bight of the folded part of the sleeve and meansfor holding theholder attached to the sleeve.- 1

A sleeveholderfor usewith. the sleeveof a garment having the cuff foldedbackuponthe sleeve, said sleeveholder comprising a, member for engagement in the'bight of the folded part of the sleeve and means engaging the folded part of the sleeve for holding the holder attachedto the garment, I I I 3.
