The present invention relates to a broom holder and has for its prime object to provide a device which may be nailed or otherwise fastened to the wall or the like for the purpose of holding brooms, mops and the like.
Another very important object ofthe invention resides in the provision of a device of this nature which is exceedingly simple in its construction, inexpensive to manul facture, strong and durable, and thoroughly etlicient and reliable in use. i With the above and numerous other objects in view as will appear as the description proceeds, the invention resides in certain novel i features of construction, and in the combination and arrangement of parts as will be hereinafter more fully described and claimed.

Referring to the drawings in detail it will seen that the numeral 5 having the reduced end portions at the top and bottom thereof as denoted respectively by numerals 6 and 7 to form ears and having opening 8 and 9 therein for the purpose of fastening elements so that the plate may '3 be secured to the wall or like supporting structure.

It will be apparent thatchanges in the details of construction, and in the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed orV sacrificing any of its advantages.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new 1s:
A. device of the class described comprising a plate having a central block thereon and a pair of side blocks in spaced relation to the central block, said central block having its edges adjacent the side blocks concaved, a plate on the central block of greater width than said central block, plates on the side blocks of greater width than the side blocks and extending inwardly therefrom, and disks locate-d between the central and the side blocks'and being' of greater diameter than the nearest points of the central block to adjacent points of the side blocks.
