IMPROVEMENT IN WIRE BALE-TIES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent N 0. 177,222, dated May 9, 1876; application filed December 27, 1875.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, PETER K. DEDERIGK, of Albany, in the county of Albany and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Wire Bale-Ties; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in
which I Figure l is a view of my improved tie, and- Fig. 2 is a modification of the same.
My invention consists of a wire tie constructed with a. loop or eye at one end, and a point or locking endat the other, of larger Wire, twisted or otherwise attached to the body of the tie. 4 V
In practice I find it'des-irable to construct the body of the tie of wire about six or eight feet long, and the locking end of wire of larger size, about nine inches long. The object of having the locking end larger is, that it is pose specified.
