l MPROVEMENT IN KEY-RINGS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 219.952, dated September 23, 1879; application filed July 26, 1879. v
To all whom it may concern:
' Be it known that I, JOHN W. JOGHIM, of Ishpeming,.in the county of Marquette and State of Michigan, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Key-Rings, of which the following is a specification.
Figure l is a perspective view of one of my improved key-rings opened. Fig. 2 is a detail view of the locked ends of the ring. Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section of the same, taken through the line a: as, Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is acrosssection of the same, taken through the liney 3 Fig. 2.

The object of thisinvention is to furnish an improved key-ring which shall be so constructed that it will not be liable to open accidentally, and which shall be simple in construction and convenient in use.
The invention consists in' an improved keyring formed of the open ring having a notched flange formed upon one end, and a neck, a head, and a shoulder formed upon the other end, to interlock with each other, as hereinafter fully described.
