The object of this invention is to provide means for confining a portion of a shirred curtain in a predetermined position relative to a window with which the curtain is assol ciated, whether the curtain be of full length and is secured tothe upper end of the casing and formed to depend therefrom to the lower end,'or is a semi-curtain or overdrape, secured at its upper edge to the upper end of the casforming a part of this specication,-
