IMPROVEMENT IN ENVELOPE-OPENERS.
Specification forming partof Letters Patent No. [70,276, dated November '23, 1875; application filed June 12, 1875.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that we, JOHN LA BLANC and XAVIER ST. PIERRE, of Ophir City, in the county of Tooele and Territory of Utah, have invented a new and Improved Envelope-Opener, of which the following is a specification The invention will first be described in connection with drawing, and then pointed out in the claims.
Figure 1 is a sectional elevation of our improved envelope-opener. Fig. 2 is also. a sectionai elevation, but taken at right angles to the section of Fig. 1; and Fig. 3 is a plan of the cutter, showing the contrivance for fastening the cutter in the head of the guides.
Similar letters of reference indicate corresponding parts.
