This perspective surface is broken by the partially severed por tion 22 which extends therefrom. The partially severed portion 23 then appears as an extension of the perspective surface 17.

Thus it will be seen that my invention provides a display stand comprising a plurality of perspective surfaces in different angular relation to the horizontal, so that an observer when viewing the matter displayed will see the various elements of the design in their perspective relationships.

In some instances it may be desirable to set an actual specimen for example a carton 29 of the subject matter displayed in close'proximity to the perspective planes. For such purpose I have provided the recesses 26 and 27 and at the option of the user, such recesses provide space in' which the object may be seated. An object so placed then appears as part of the display and serves to immobilize the stand.

I claim:

1. A sheet having opposite ends fixedly j oinedto form a structurally continuous band and provided with creases to permit the folding of the sheet into a stable display stand having a plurality of continuous areas on which a display is shown with its elements in perspective, said sheet having a portion partially severed from more than one ofsaid areas and joined to one of said areas by a crease separate from the creases provided for the folding of the sheet, all of said areas lying in different planes to accentuate the perspective relationships of the elements of said dis- 2? A sheet having opposite ends fixedly joined to form a structurally continuous band and provided with creases to permit the optionali'oidiug of the sheet into a flat pacl-rage or into a stable display stand having a plurality of continuous areas one of which is substantially vertical, a portion partially severed from said sheet and directly attached to and extending from said substantially vertical area, a pictorial display having its elements in perspective arranged on said areas, said areas lying in different planes to accentuate the perspective relationships of the elements of said display.

3. A sheet having opposite ends joined and provided with creases to permit the optional folding of the sheet into a flat package or into a stable display stand having a plurality of continuous perspective areas, each carrying a related pictorial display, said areas lying in different planes to accentuate the perspective relationship of the elements of said display, said sheet being provided with a recess to permit the seating alongside the stand and within the perspective areas of an object which is the 'subje.-t of said design.

A sheet having opposite ends joined to provide a continuous band and provided with creases to permit the folding of the sheet into a stable display stand having a plurality of continuous perspective areas, two of which lie at an angle to the horizontal, and one of which is substantially vertical, a portion partially severed from said sheet and extending from said substantially vertical area, another portion partially severed from said sheet and forming an extension of one of said two areas, a display design having its elements in perspective arranged on said display areas, the angular relation between said areas accentuating the perspective relationships of the elements of said display.

5. A sheet having opposite ends fixedly joined to form a structurally continuous band and provided with creases to permit the folding of the sheet into a stable display stand having a plurality of continuous areas on which a display is shown with its elements in perspective, said sheet having a portion partially severed from one of said areas, and another portion partially severed from two adjacent areas, all of said areas lying in different planes to accentuate the perspective relationships of the elements of said display.

6. A sheet having opposite ends fixedly joined to form a structurally continuous band and provided with creases to permit the folding of the sheet into a stable display stand having a plurality of continuous areas on which a display is shown with its elements in perspective, said sheet having a. portion partially severed from one of said areas, and another portion partially severed from two adj-agent areas and joined to one of said adjacent areas by a crease separate from the creases provided for the folding of the sheet, all of said areas lying in different planes to accentuate the perspective relationshipsofthe elements of said display.
