kThis invention relates to `certain newand useful improvements ina combined letter sheet and envelope and has for its primary object to provide anvarticle of thisicharao- 5 ter wherein the letter sheet is carr'edvby an envelope nthat is preferably of rectangular' formation and foldable upon its transverse median line with the meeting edges of the envelope gunnned together outwardly of the letter sheet.

A further obj ect ofthe invention is to provide a combined letter sheet and envelope of the above type wherein a weakened line or row of perforations is formed in the envelope adjacent its edge to facilitate opening thereof.

A weakened line 5 of perforations or the like is arranged parallel and adjacent to each edge ofthe envelope and when the Ge lenvelope is folded upon the line 8 and sealed by aid of the gunnned surfaces 6 located between the lines of perforations and the edges of the envelope, opening ofthe envelope is gr atly facilitated by tearing the same on the weakened line. l f
