I/Vhile the stud holes and notches are'iiot shown as applied interchangeably to both forms of studs, the invention is not so limited.

It is obvious that when its is desired to add or remove ay leaf of the notched type,

it is only necessary to relieve the pressure on bars 30 or 30 by unscrewing the nuts 32 or 32', thus permitting of the pushing in or pulling out of a leaf.

l. In combination, side members; studs adapted to receive a pack of loose leaves thereon, each stud being pivotally connected at its respective ends to said members, the pivot points of the studs adjacent each said member being alined, and compressing members received on said studs between said pack and the pivotal connection.

2. In combination, side members; threaded studsadapted to receive a pack of loose leaves, each stud being detachably pivotally connected at its respective ends to said members, the pivot points of the studs adjacent each side member being alined, and nuts received on said studs between said pack and the pivotal connection.

3. In combination, side cover members;

hinge members fast on the side members;

rods longitudinally slidably received in said hinge members; vthreaded studs adapted to receive a pack of loose vleaves and provided with transverse end holes pivotally received on said rods; compresing members loosely received on said' stu'dsfor engagement with the pack; and nuts on saidr studs between one of said compressing members and the adjacent end holes for causing said compressing members to clamp the leaves.

4. Iii combination, side members; rods thereon; threaded studsfadapted to receive loose leaves and detachably pivotally connected directly to said rods; andl nuts received on said studs on both sides of the leaves Vbetween said leaves and rods.

5. In combination, side members; threaded studs adapted to receive loose leaves and provided with transverse holes; means detachably connecting to said members and passing through said holes for retaining the studs; and nuts received on said studs between said leaves and the holes, and removable past the holes.

In combination7 side cover members; rods on the side members; threadedl studs adapted to receive a pack of loose leaves and detachably pivotally connected to Lsaid members; compressing members loosely received on said studs for engagement with the pack; and nuts on said studs :for causing said compressing members to clamp the leaves; the studs being detachable at one leaves and detachably pivotally connected to said members; and compresing members received on said studs and clamping said pack; A y Y 9. In combination, side members; studs adapted to receive loose leaves and detachably pivotally connected to said members; and compressing members adjustably received on said studs on both sides or' the leaves between said leaves and the pivotal connection for clamping the leaves.

In combination, side members; thread ed studs adapted to receive loose leaves and detachably pivotally connected to said members; and nuts received on said studs on both sides of the leaves between said leaves and the pivotal connections, whereby when the studs are detached from the side members the leaves are still held 'compressed on the studs. n f

11. lI n combination, side cover members; rods removably secured on the side `meni bers; threaded studs adapted to receive a pack of loose leaves and provided'with transverse end holes pivotally received on said rods; compressing members loosely received on said studs for engagement with the leaves; and nuts on said studs between said compressing members and said end holes for causing said compressing members to clamp the leaves; said studs, nuts, compressing members with the pack clamped between being removable in firmly assembled condition from the cover members.
