IMPROVEMENT IN CLOTHES-RAVCKS.
The Schedule referred to ln these Iietters Patent and vmaking part of the same.
new and useful Improvements in Clothes-Racks; andk do hereby declare that the following is a full,.clear,A
and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawing and to the letters of reference vmarked thereon making a part of this specitication.
The nature of our invention consists in the conf struction and arrangement of a folding clothes-rack,77
as will be hereinafter more fully set t'orth.
In order to enable others skilled in the art to which our invention appertains to make and use the same, we will now proceed to describe its construction and operation, referring to the annexed drawing, which represents a perspective-view ofour clothesrack, spread out ready for use.
.A represents the main frame, the upper side of which is made V-shaped,v as shaped with a loop or hook, a, in the center. for .the purpose of suspending 4the same from any point where needed.
To the side barsl of the Amain frame-A is pivoted a series of frames B B, constructed, as vshown in the drawing, so that-the outer bars of said frames project one over the other from the bottom upward, so as to' give thev clothes room to hang independent of each other.

When this clothes-rack is not in use the hooks b b are released, and the frames B B fold downward out of the way.
It will also be noticed that any number of said frames may be extended without necessarily extending all, when so desired.
Having thus fully described our invention,
What we claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The combination of the main frame A with loop or I hook e, and the pivot'ed .frames B B, projecting one over the other fromI the bottom upward, and held in position by the hooks b b, all substantially as and forA the purposes herein set forth.
