Letters Patent No. 106,563, dated August 23, 1870.
IMPROVEMENT IN TUBING-CLAMPS.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part 0f the same.
To==all whom 'it may concern:-
.Be it known that I,V WILLIAM H. Dowxixe,"'of Pioneer', in the county of Ven-.tngo and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and improved 'lfubing` Clamp; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which `will the tube below the enlarged coupling-point, and for attachment to the hoisting-chain, of a ring with an openingairanged to be set-to coincide with the bifurcation, foi-'the reception ofthe tubes, and for turning afterward, to confine the "tube therein, all as hereinafter more fully specified. Figure l'is a sectional elevation ot my improved clamp or clutch, and I Figure 2 is a. plan view of tbe same.
