fTo all whom 'it may concern Be it known that I, LEONARD 1t. SHIPMAN, of Bloomsburg, in the county of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new and valuable Improvementiu Tow-Hooks; and Ido hereby declare that the following isa full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation of the same, reference `being had to the annexed drawing making a part of this specification, and tothe letters and gnres of ref-v erence marked thereon,
