SNOW-GUARD.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, ANDERS PETER ANDER- SEN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Providence, in the State of Rhode Island, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Snow-Guards, of which the following is a specification.
The nature of my invention consists in the improved construction of the guard, whereby both strength and efi'iciency are secured, as hereinafter set forth.
In the accompanying drawings: Figure 1 represents a side View of the improved snow guard when in its position for use. Fig. 2 represents a top view of the same when in the said position. Fig. 3 represents a perspective view.
In the drawing, A represents the improved snow guard, formed of a piece of wire bent to form an attaching spur I), and having an extended straight portion 0, an upturned portion (Z, a downwardly turned Specification of Letters Patent.

I claim as my invention In a snow guard, the combination of the attaching spur, the succeeding straight portion, the upwardly turned portion, the downwardly turned portion, the circularly bent portion and the backwardly turned portion having an eye at its end, which e1nbraces the wire of the guard at the upward bend, from the straight portion substantially as described.
