lle it known that l, Vlc'ron Si. Sum'lfzu, a Citizen ol" Portugal, residing at New York1 in the county of New York and State ol New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Toy \Vhistles, ot which tht` following is a specification.

This invention relates to improrcments iu toy whistles and hasl tor its object to provide a device ot this nature which while in operation will product a continuous whis tlin f sound.

l. A device as described consisting of a pluralitjY ot musical members, a bellows for connectingr said members and means for holding said member;` normally expanded.

L. A musical toy consisting of a whistling membra' having a bellows connected vtherewith. a spring' adapted to hold said bellows normalljr expantlethand an additional whistle on the, opposing end ot said bellows.

-l. musical toy consisting ot' a whistlingr member haring a bellows connected therewith, a spring.;` adapted to hold said bellows normally expanded, an additional whistle on the-opposing end ot said bellows. and said whistling' members having projecting llann'es by means of which said bellows is connected thereto.
