Abstract
Спосіб отримання сиру плавленого скибкового включає змішування сиру з сіллю плавильною, жировим компонентом та плавлення суміші. Як сир використовують сир кисломолочний нежирний з додаванням смакоароматичних добавок та молока сухого знежиреного.
