Abstract
Спосіб сушіння пилоподібних палив, зокрема палив, що подаються на газифікацію, таких як вугілля, нафтовий кокс, біологічні відходи або інші аналогічні горючі матеріали, при здійсненні якого паливо подрібнюють в млині (2) і подають у фільтр/сепаратор (3) транспортуючим і сушильним газом, щонайменше частину якого після нагріву в контурі його циркуляції повертають до млина (2). У способі частину потоку транспортуючого/сушильного газу охолоджують і осушують в скрубері (6) або іншому аналогічному апараті, частину відхідного осушеного газу викидають в атмосферу і/або подають на спалювання, а іншу частину повертають в потік транспортуючого/сушильного газу. Запропонований спосіб розмелу і сушіння, а також установка для його здійснення є економічними, дозволяють зменшити викиди шкідливих речовин і потребу в інертних газах.
