Abstract

Изобретение касается способа изготовления волоконного слоя для формования заготовки детали, имеющей форму тела вращения с поверхностью, которая не разворачивается, включающего следующие этапы:- определение кольцевого пространства (23) первым и вторым полотнами (20, 21), которые определяют, соответственно, внутреннюю и внешнюю окружности указанного пространства;- размещение волокон (22) между полотнами (20, 21) посредством размещения волокон в кольцевом пространстве, по крайней мере, в одном направлении и прикрепление указанных волокон к полотнам с помощью сшивания;- выполнение связующего кругового шва рядом с внутренней окружностью кольцевого пространства (23), и вырезание сформированного таким образом в кольцевом пространстве (23) волоконного слоя для отделения его от полотен.
